Even though the individual insolvency process has been given nod by the legislature recently, still in such a short period of time we have resolved decent number of matters and have marked our name in the industry w.r.t personal guarantor insolvency.

With times to come and notification from the legislature for the insolvency of individuals and partnership firms, AVM will mark its presence as and when required.
